The service and its operator

Information used to run your account

Registration supplies an email address, a name and authentication information. If a social login is offered and you choose it, we receive the profile details needed to identify your account. Session cookies keep you signed in. We also keep the technical records needed to diagnose errors and enforce the service’s existing limits, including the welcome-credit limit per IP address.

Photos and generated videos

The selfie you submit is processed so that a video can be made. Before storage, the image is resized and re-encoded, which removes embedded camera and location metadata. Our AI processing provider receives the reference photo and selected source footage. A finished video, its preview image, task state and visibility setting are associated with your account.

We do not sell your personal information or use submitted photos to train our own models. Hosting, storage, database and AI service providers receive the information necessary to deliver their part of the requested service. Their processing is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

The gallery setting

The generator begins with gallery sharing enabled. You may switch it off before submitting and change a finished video’s setting afterwards. An enabled result can appear on our public gallery and be viewed through its share page. Disabling the setting removes that listing and makes the public share page unavailable. The upload itself is not used as a public gallery photograph.

Purchases and support

Payment providers handle the payment details used at checkout. We receive the records needed to attach a purchase to your account, such as its amount, product and status, rather than your full card details. Messages you send to support are used to respond to the request and retain a record of its resolution.

Storage and deletion

We keep uploads and finished edits to provide your job history and downloads. Deleting an edit removes it from your account’s video list and public gallery immediately. Stored media can remain until storage cleanup or a deletion request has been processed. Contact support if you need the underlying files removed. Records needed for accounting, disputes or other legal obligations may be retained after an account is closed.

You can manage individual videos in My videos. For an account deletion, a copy of your information or another privacy request, email support from the address registered to the account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to correct information, object to certain processing or contact a local privacy authority.

Adults and policy changes

This service is intended for adults, and uploads depicting children are not permitted. If we learn that information was supplied in breach of that restriction, we will review and remove it as appropriate. We will revise the date on this page when the policy changes and give additional notice where required.
