The nature of the product

Lorenzo Zurzolo AI edits a reference person’s appearance into a prepared short sequence from Baby. The service is independently operated for personal fan creations. Naming the actor and programme explains the subject of the trend; it does not represent their approval, involvement or sponsorship. Netflix and the original recording’s owners are not parties to your purchase from this site.

Eligibility and your photograph

You must be an adult who can enter into an agreement to use the service. The upload flow is intended for your own selfie. You must have the necessary rights and consent for any information you supply. Do not submit a minor’s photograph, an unwilling person’s likeness or a public figure’s image unless you are that person.

You retain your existing rights in the photo. You authorise us and the processing services we use to handle it as needed to produce, store and deliver your requested edit. Your video’s gallery setting determines whether we may display the finished result publicly on the site.

Sharing a result

Describe the output as an AI-altered fan edit. Do not present it as documentary evidence, an authentic appearance by the replacement person or an endorsement. It must not be used to harass, deceive, defame or impersonate someone. Commercial advertising and sales uses are outside the permitted personal-use purpose.

The underlying footage, performances and music remain subject to their owners’ rights. Buying credits does not purchase a licence to those materials. A social platform may restrict, mute or remove a posted clip under its own rules.

Credits, payment and refunds

Each generation uses the credit amount shown before submission. Current packs are one-time purchases, with no expiry for unused credits. Credits are account-bound, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred. Future pack prices may change, while confirmed purchases retain their stated credit amount.

An attempt that ends in failure returns its credits automatically. Unused-purchase refunds and reviews of broken completed results are governed by the refund policy. Creating additional accounts to evade the welcome-credit limit is not allowed.

Conduct and account access

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not interfere with the service, probe other users’ private resources, bypass payment or usage controls, or submit unlawful, sexual, hateful or abusive material. We may restrict accounts or remove content that violates these conditions. If a likeness appears without permission, contact support with the relevant link for review.

Quality and availability

AI editing is imperfect. Facial details, motion and consistency can vary, and queue times depend in part on external providers. We cannot guarantee a particular resemblance or uninterrupted availability. Inspect a result before sharing it and use the support process for a technical problem.

To the extent allowed by law, we exclude indirect losses arising from use of the service and limit liability to the amount paid to us in the preceding twelve months. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable regardless of this wording.

Updates

We may revise these conditions as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version; notice will be provided where required. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised conditions.
